Hello,

This Thursday Grade 1E will be making applesauce in our classroom.  Your child will be helping to prep the apples and we will let them cook in my crockpot for the day.  There will be very little sugar added to the sauce and a small sprinkling of nutmeg.   I am hoping it will be cooked so we can try it before heading home fo the day.  If it needs more time to cook we will sample our applesauce on Friday instead.  Please let me know if there is any reason your child cannot take part or join in the tasting of our applesauce.
