Good Morning!
Today we have a new writing video from Mr. M. You will be learning about adding a title to your small moment story and making sure that all your ideas stay on topic.
In Math you can finish up this week's choice board that will help you continue to practice some of the things we learned in class. I am attaching it again so you can find it easily. See if you are getting faster with your doubles ( like 3+3=6, 5+5=10, 6+6=12 ) and your friends of ten ( like 4 and 6, 9 and 1, 8 and 2 ). Next week we will practice using our doubles and friends of ten to help us add numbers quickly.
Be sure to spend some time on dreambox as well, which also happens to be a square on your choice board.
Have you had a chance to try Ms. Jessi's Exploration activities? I am attaching them as well just in case you will be using them today.

Hello Boys and Girls!
Today Mr. M has posted a video message about Remembrance Day and a writing assignment in honour of Nov. 11th. There is an attachment below with a link to a Remembrance Day video to watch first.
Math activities on a choice board were posted yesterday and you will choose a few more activities to review what we learned in class.
There will be no learning posted for tomorrow, Remembrance Day, as we take time to remember present day soldiers and our veterans who served or serve our country to keep us safe.
Our next zoom call will be on Friday at 9am. We were happy to chat with Axl yesterday and hope you can all join us next time!

Good Morning Grade 2 Friends!
Today Mr. M has posted a new writing video to add special punctuation in your writing.
Mrs. Chapman has attached a Math Choice Board for you to use for the remainder of this week. You can choose a few different activities every day to practice the Math we have learned in class.
We have also attached a feelings scavenger hunt from Mrs. MacDonald, our guidance counsellor.
Don't forget to try out the many activities posted on Monday by Ms. Jessi and check out Mrs. MacQ's Music Page and Mr. M's Phys-Ed Page.
